- Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).
- We may require your address if your event is at your home or if you require a postal invoice or quotation.
- We may request your bank details if for any reason we need to refund any costs to you.
- We may request debit or credit card details to enable us to take payment for our services.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have contacted us regarding a potential booking. In this instance we will require your email address for purposes of correspondence. If however, you prefer telephone contact we will take your number to facilitate this.
- You have made a booking and the address of the venue is required. We do not require your home address if the venue is not your home.
- You have requested a quotation or invoice by mail. We will require your home address unless the delivery address is not your domestic address.

- You have enquired about a booking that we cannot accommodate we will, with your permission, pass your details on to other providers who may be able to facilitate your booking.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored electronically and, in the case of invoices, hard copy.
- We will keep any contact details we have for you for as long as we are in contact regarding a potential booking. In the event you decide not to use our services, these details will be deleted immediately. We will not make unsolicited contact with you after this time.
- If you do proceed with a booking, we will keep the details of your booking for two months after your event. This is to ensure that we can contact you, should any issues arise from your booking. We may contact you for a review of our services. After this time your details will be deleted.
- If you require an invoice for payment of our services, we will retain a copy of the invoice which will include any details required for invoicing purposes. We will retain these details for six years as the invoice will be included in our company accounts and UK law requires that we keep these for six years. After such time, your details will be shredded and disposed of appropriately.
- Should we require your bank details (to make a refund) or card details to take a deposit or payment for full balance of your bill we will delete this immediately once we have received confirmation that the payment has been received.
- When we dispose of your details this will be done either by electronic shredding and deletion or by physical shredding and appropriate disposal.
